The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is established in Sant Baba Bhag Singh University on 14 September 2017. After 1st Cycle of NAAC Accreditation in June 2023, to appreciate the aim of ensuring and enhancing the quality of education, research, and overall academic environment within the institution, IQAC is re-composed as per updated guidelines of National Assessment and Accreditation Council.
IQAC aims to create a system for continuous monitoring and evaluation of academic and administrative processes, ensuring they align with quality benchmarks. It manages key quality assurance processes including periodic internal and external reviews and audits, environment audit reports, stakeholders’ feedback reports and any other responsibility entrusted by the university. Yearning to create a shared responsibility for maintaining high standards, IQAC endeavours to sensitize faculty, students, and staff about the significance of quality in education.
The cell collaborates with university leadership to ensure transparent and effective governance practices. It assists in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
I, Director IQAC take this opportunity to invite all the stakeholders (students, teachers, alumni, parents and employer) of the University; to join this collaborative mission of ensuring quality in teaching, learning and research and contribute towards the Nation Building.
