The Department of Agriculture recently conducted a Field Day in Ghurial Village, aimed at fostering agricultural awareness, education, and showcasing innovative farming techniques to local farmers. The event, held on 29th Nov. 2023, gathered a diverse group of farmers, agricultural experts, and officials to exchange knowledge and promote sustainable farming practices.
The event commenced with the distribution of fodder kits, a gesture that underscored the department's commitment to supporting farmers. Beyond the distribution, the event was structured to cater to farmers' needs and queries. Experts and officials from the Department of Agriculture were on hand to engage with farmers, providing guidance and solutions to their field-related challenges. These interactions ranged from troubleshooting pest issues to offering insights into crop management techniques, enriching farmers with practical knowledge and strategies to optimize their agricultural output. The fodder kit distribution and query resolution, exemplified a proactive approach towards supporting and uplifting the local farming community. It underscored the department's dedication to not only providing resources but also offering tailored guidance to ensure the prosperity and sustainability of agricultural practices.
